  • Backers must pay the full amount of the total stakes they have bought.

FAQs

  • Your staking profile will be populated once you opt to sell your action.
  • The page will then be accessible to potential stakers.
  • The staking profile screen provides information on your tournament performance records.
  • You can view the history of any players selling their action through the tournament lobby.

To do this, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to the tournament lobby

2. Click the Profile button from the Staking tab

3. This will bring you to the Staking Profile of the selected player

You can verify the staking results of the players you’ve staked by following the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to the Tournament tab from the client.
  2. Uncheck the Hide Completed checkbox under the Tournament Type filter. This will show all completed tournaments.
  3. Click on the specific completed tournament that you would like to find the results for and select it.
  4. You can then find the specific player that you’ve staked from the list of Sellers. Select the player.
  5. Click on the Profile button in order to automatically open a link to the staked player’s PokerCraft page as seen below.

  • No, there is no fee for using the staking feature, be it for purchasing or selling action.
  • There are no formal written limits in place for the number of players you wish to stake.
  • First, you would have to calculate the total buy-in as follows:
    Buy-in + Bounty (if applicable) = Total Buy-in
  • Then you would input the total buy-in into the following formula as follows:
    (Total Buy-in / 100) * Markup * Share % = Total Purchase Amount
  • For example,
    Total Buy-in = $25
    Markup = 1.4
Let’s say you bought 10% out of 45% of a particular player’s shares.
Then the calculation will be as follows:
    Total Purchase Amount = (25 / 100) * 1.4 * 10 = $3.50
  • Yes, simply access the tournament lobby of the tournament the player is active at to spectate it as it unfolds.
  • Go to the Staking tab in the tournament lobby and click on the player you wish to stake.
  • You will also be able to check the tournament performance records of other players.

  • Once your account is fully registered, use the Staking panel in the software to sell your own action as seen in the image below.

  • If you wish to back a player in a given tournament, select the Nickname under Sellers from the Staking panel as seen in the image below.

  • The action you bought (staking) only applies to the first entry of the player.
  • Any subsequent re-entries will be treated as new entries with no staking application.
  • When a player (the buyer) stakes you with T$, the Tournament Dollars (T$) will be converted into cash when crediting it into your (the seller) account.
